=(cos^(2)\lambda )/(cos\lambda )+(sin^(2)\lambda )/(cos\lambda )

=(1)/(cos\lambda )

=cos\lambda +(sin^(2)\lambda )/(cos\lambda ) =(cos^(2)\lambda +sin^(2)\lambda )/(cos\lambda ) =sec\lambda =cos\lambda +sin\lambda (sin\lambda )/(cos\lambda )
