Problem: Design a One-way ribbed slab to be supported by the shown beams and columns, then design the beams, columns and footings (optional) to carry the applied axial forces only (assume no moment on columns and footings), knowing that the building consists of 4 identical stories. The last story has to be designed as Solid Slab. Given: fc-28MPa, fy=420MPa, fyv=280MPa. a= 5.25 m, b= 4.96 m, LL= 6.15 kN/m², For DL; use densities from JBC. Beams must be hidden (i.e. thickness of beams-thickness of ribbed slab) Mortar Tiles n 10cm Aggregarte; Topping Slab Variable Plaster b 54
