Based on the electric potential and potential energy, solve the following two different questions. (a) As shown in Figure a-1, a charge \( \mathrm{ql}=4.00 \mu \mathrm{C} \) is located at the origin and a charge \( \mathrm{q} 2=-8.00 \mu \mathrm{C} \) is located at \( (0,6.00) \mathrm{m} \). (A) Find the total electric potential due to these charges at the point \( P \), whose coordinates are \( (6.00,0) \mathrm{m} \). (B) Find the change in potential energy of the system of two charges plus a third charge \( \mathrm{q} 3=4.00 \mu \mathrm{C} \) as the latter charge moves from infinity to point \( P \) (Figure \( \mathrm{a}-2 \) ). (b) Give an E-field \( \vec{E}=\left(y^{3} \hat{i}+3 x^{2} y^{2} \hat{j}\right) N / C \). Find the change in potential
