Calculate the power consumption and the steady discharge of water between the reservoirs in the pipeline system shown in Figure \( 4.1 \) below. The static lift of the system is \( 15 \mathrm{~m} \) and the pipeline has diameter of 300 \( \mathrm{mm} \) and \( 500 \mathrm{~m} \) in length with a friction factor \( \lambda=0.004 \). Head losses in the system include total minor head losses of \( 10 \mathrm{~V}^{2} / 2 \mathrm{~g} \) and friction losses. Table below presents the characteristics of the pump. Assume the efficiency at the duty point is equal to \( 38 \% \).
