An inclined manometer is a useful device in measuring small pressure differences. The general manometer equation holds for this device. The value of \( \mathrm{h} \) is small and often difficult to read for a small pressure drop. However, L can be made quite large for the same pressure drop by making the angle of inclination \( \theta \) small. Suppose the manometer fluid is water, the process fluid is a gas, the inclination of the manometer is \( 12^{\circ} \) and a reading of \( \mathrm{L}=9.2 \mathrm{~cm} \) is read. What is the pressure difference between points 1 and 2 in \( \mathrm{kPa} \) ?
